  • Square

  • Check

Payment terms are outlined in individual client agreements.

Generally:

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work

  • Final payment is required prior to delivery

  • Payment plans, if offered, are contract-based

4. Refund Policy

Services

All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation terms are governed by the client contract.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, artwork, and designs — is the intellectual property of Mont Creative, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Client Work

Client work remains subject to individual contracts. The Company reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Regulated Industry Disclaimer

While we may provide design services to clients operating in regulated industries, including cannabis-related industries, we:

  • Do not sell cannabis or regulated products

  • Do not provide regulatory compliance services

  • Are not responsible for regulatory approval

  • Are not liable for how designs are used after final approval and delivery

Compliance responsibility rests solely with the client.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Business success

  • Revenue increases

  • Market performance

  • Regulatory approval

Creative services involve subjective interpretation and market variables beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mont Creative, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas.
