HighDay
Brand Strategy, Identity System, & Web DESIGN
Overview
HighDay is a B2B platform providing an all-in-one marketing platform for plant-based businesses across the vape, hemp, cannabis, and psychedelics industries — a highly regulated, competitive, and rapidly evolving space. To put it in layman’s terms, HighDay is a game-changing tool that helps cannabis dispensaries sell more weed.
I partnered with the founders to build a brand system and digital presence that positioned HighDay as a credible, professional, and scalable software provider. The goal was to help HighDay be recognized not as a trend-driven lifestyle brand, but as a trusted partner for businesses navigating complex regulations.
The Challenge
The market was crowded in a sea of sameness. HighDay needed to:
Establish credibility with other businesses and investors
Communicate its value as a software platform for complex, regulated operations
Build a flexible identity system to scale across product offerings
Launch a website that clearly conveyed positioning and supported lead generation
This project required balancing brand distinctiveness with professional authority — ensuring potential clients and partners could trust the company at first glance.
MY ROLE
Brand strategy & positioning
Visual identity system (logo suite, typography, color system)
Full brand guidelines (brand foundation to messaging) and scalable design systems
Responsive web design (crafted for developer hand off)
Assets for digital marketing and investor communications
I led the project end-to-end, collaborating directly with the founders to align design choices with long-term business objectives, product strategy, and investor needs.
STRATEGY
Rather than following the typical “consumer cannabis” aesthetics, we focused on:
Trust and professionalism: clean typography, restrained color palette, structured layouts
Scalability: a flexible system capable of extending across product lines and partnerships
B2B positioning: visuals and messaging that convey authority and reliability to business clients
The result is a visual system designed to evolve alongside the platform, supporting both marketing and business growth over time.
Visual Identity
The visual identity balances structure with approachability:
Typography: Fonts were selected to be trustworthy and approachable, emphasizing clarity and modernity to reflect the brand’s innovative nature.
Color: The color palette features a fresh spin on the colors commonly associated with their target clients, aligning with HighDay’s mission of empowering plant-based businesses.
Logo variations: The logo suite was designed to represent both the energy and expertise that HighDay fosters among its clients. The final design is sleek, offering a subtle, professional nod to the plant-based industries they serve. It’s flexible across digital touchpoints, marketing collateral, and investor-facing materials
The identity system emphasizes consistency and adaptability — key for a B2B SaaS brand preparing for scale.
Web Design
The website was designed to communicate HighDay’s value quickly and clearly to business clients:
Simplified messaging hierarchy to explain complex software offerings
Clean visual system aligned with the brand identity
Navigation optimized for lead generation and client conversion
Layouts built to accommodate future product expansion
The site positions HighDay as professional, credible, and ready to support business growth.
Outcomes
HighDay launched with a cohesive brand and website that supports its B2B growth strategy.
Since launch, the brand has begun to show real-world traction:
Industry feature & strategic partnership: HighDay partnered with CannaSpy Glass to lower pricing and leverage AI‑enriched data to help plant-based businesses grow smarter — a move covered in Fat Nugs Mag, positioning HighDay as a credible industry player.
The visual system now scales across multiple offerings, marketing campaigns, and investor communications.
HighDay’s brand positions it as a trustworthy partner for businesses in a highly regulated and competitive space.

What This Project Means to Me
I’m proud of HighDay because it proves design can create credibility, trust, and impact in a B2B context. This wasn’t just about aesthetics — it was about building a system that communicates authority, supports business growth, and positions a software platform for long-term success in the heavily-regulated and ever-changing cannabis industry.
